About Me

Hello! I’m a mission-driven nonprofit finance leader based in Philadelphia, passionate about helping organizations do more good through thoughtful, strategic financial stewardship.

I grew up in Bay Shore, New York, surrounded by a close-knit family and lifelong friends—something that continues to shape how I show up in both my work and my life. A year studying abroad in Belgium during high school opened my eyes to the world in a whole new way and sparked a love of travel (and perspective) that has stayed with me ever since.

My path to nonprofit finance wasn’t exactly traditional—and honestly, that’s part of what I love about it. After exploring different roles early in my career (including time in the food industry), I discovered a genuine love for the rhythm and problem-solving of financial work. Once I found it, it clicked. From there, I knew I wanted to build something more meaningful with those skills.

That journey led me to Sotheby’s Institute of Art, where I was able to combine my interests in finance, administration, and the arts. It was there that I found my place in nonprofit finance—a space where numbers and mission truly intersect.

After graduating, I joined the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA), where I had the opportunity to manage finances across both a membership organization and its foundation. One of my proudest early projects was helping transition the organization to Google Workspace—something that ended up being incredibly valuable when the world suddenly shifted to remote work.

Eventually, my family and I made our way to Philadelphia, where I continued my nonprofit journey with Mighty Writers. There, I deepened my experience across budgeting, reporting, and operational leadership, all while supporting a mission I deeply believed in.

Today, I’m grateful to continue this work with Mother of Mercy House, where I can contribute to a smaller, community-focused organization and stay closely connected to the impact of the work.

At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves people, animals, art, travel, and finding joy wherever I can. I believe finance doesn’t have to feel cold or complicated—it can be a tool for clarity, growth, and real, meaningful change.
